Within 4  sessions, we will cultivate a clarity and confidence of mind, and generate meaningful momentum.   These are some of my many methods I will utilize and offer: The natural world, Plants, elements, storied embodiment, transformative circuit breakers and rerouters of energy, finding spots of resistance, generation of momentum, obstacle management and even removal, breath work, somatics, techniques on how to drop into the present, create connection, improving confidence, increasing clarity of purpose, amplifying your vision, shifting patterns-habits, utilization of divination synchronicity and the random, intuitive readings, reprograming and deprograming, hypnosis, energy work, guided meditations, action boards, games, offering accountability, creating achievable deadlines and yes homework.
